I like it, but the text needs to be a little more legible, it looks like is says "Sam Barley"

All it will take is a dot on the "i" and, bingo, problem solved...

I like it but I'd cut a portion of the (white) bottom out and make Sam, larger so that he looks more in the foreground. Once you do that, you can make the portion of him not against the (Boston?) skyline silhouetted in black. Preferably from about the thighs or knees down.
