So back in late 2009, when I first started looking at venues for Heartsgaard, a show called "It's Just Sex" at the 2 roads theatre  in NOHO was already 3 months into it's run.  This in itself is amazing as L.A. blackbox shows usually run 3 to 6 weeks with a 2 week extension if they are lucky.  The Crazy thing was that the owner of the Two Roads couldn't even talk about booking us as he was just about to extend the run...again! Cut to present day and the show is still running and apparently making money hand over fist.  AND it doesn't close till August...maybe!!  I'm really thinking about going now!
