Would love to hear from experienced entertainment attorneys on successful collaborative projects. @DoItForHartman spent 9 months developing a film thru a collaborative process between directors and actors (improv). It was fun, fair, a great way to explore. But to get something done, you need ONE final decision-maker.

What kind of legal structures are advised for repertory/collaborative projects? How are points/pay worked out? What are the pitfalls?

Great question! On top of posting here, I recommend that you join the Linked Indie group - and post on our forum on Linked In itself. There's a lot more going on there in the way of legal discourse.
